Blue Canoe Productions is offering an Internship in Production Management for the 2017 Juvenis Youth Arts Festival. We are looking for a Queen's University, Dan School of Music and Drama student to be our festival Production Manager. The position will begin in early March and end in early May.
About the internship:
The Festival Production Manager will work alongside Professional Production Manager and mentor, Neil Shorthouse, to oversee Juvenis Festival Productions, develop and maintain Festival budgets, facilitate Festival wide Production Meetings, and act as a liaison between the Festival administrative team and Event leaders and production teams. The internship will be worth 3.0 units in DRAM 395.
DRAM 395 is a 3.0 unit course in which students can apply to undertake a practical internship in theatre production or administration.
- Level 3 in a DRAM Major or Medial Plan at Queen's University
- 2.9 GPA in DRAMA
- AND permission of the department
