Workshop Description
Self-care is more than a bubble bath or quality time with friends. Being a musician or actor involves more than one performance. The courage to create brings many challenges including self-doubt, judgement, procrastination, joy, overwhelm, anxiety, injury, and adrenaline. Learn how proper self-care can impact your creativity and overall performance outcome. It is only when you are well physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually that you can express your gifts in their truest form.
