Description

Restorative yoga is a gentle and relaxing practice that can help you reduce stress, improve your mood and promote healing. It involves using props like blankets, bolsters and block to support your body in comfortable poses that allow you to relax deeply. This class is appropriate for all levels, and suitable for those with limited range of motion.

Nathan McCready

Nathan has always been passionate about physical fitness and wellness. He started his journey with martial arts, fitness training and power lifting, which taught him the importance of balance, discipline and strength. However, he felt that something was missing in his life. He wanted to connect more deeply with himself and others, and to find a way to express his spirituality. That's when he discovered yoga, qi gong and reiki. These practices opened up a new world of possibilities for him, as he learned to cultivate mindfulness, compassion and joy. He decided to become a yoga teacher to share his insights and experiences with others who are looking for more meaning and fulfillment in their lives. He believes that yoga is not only a physical exercise, but also a self-exploration that can help us discover our true potential and purpose. He teaches gentle, introspective yoga classes that are fun and playful, but also challenging and rewarding. He invites his students to join him on a journey of transformation and growth, both on and off the mat.
