Workshop Description:

ZOOM CLASS: Introduction to Improvisational Theatre

In this session participants will explore the basics of performing improvisational theatre including, how to do simple mime, create scenes and support your fellow performers.

Through the Zoom platform participants will participate in improv storytelling games and much more!

Dan Walmsely

Dan Walmsely has been teaching improv in the Kingston area for the past nine years. His passion for this,”the oldest of art forms” shines through in the high levels his students achieve.

Dan is a veteran improv player from Toronto and has performed on stages around Ontario. Dan studied the craft at The Second City Training Centre and Theatresports. Walmsely’s ability to connect the performer with their own intuition has assisted beginner and advanced performers alike.
